Security quality is a recruitment outcome long before it is a supervision outcome. We screen for integrity, verifiable history and temperament, and we decline candidates who cannot supply complete documentation regardless of experience claimed.
Verification covers identity, address, previous employment, references and criminal-record checks, with records retained for client audit under strict confidentiality controls.
Induction training covers post discipline, access control, search procedure, fire and first-aid basics, incident reporting, customer-facing conduct and the legal limits of a security officer's authority.
Role-specific modules follow: armed deployment, cash handling escorts, control-room operation, close protection, crowd management and traffic control. Officers are not posted to a specialised role without the corresponding module.
Refresher assessments continue through the deployment lifecycle, and supervisor evaluations feed into progression decisions. Training is a standing programme, not an onboarding event.
