The challenge
Multiple tenants shared one entrance with no verified visitor record, and after-hours cover depended on unsupervised shifts.
Our solution
- Deployed a 32-officer roster with supervised three-shift rotation
- Introduced digital visitor registration and badge control
- Installed patrol checkpoints with time-stamped reporting
- Set up an escalation chain to our 24/7 command centre
Outcomes
Zero unauthorised entries recorded in the first six months
Average incident response cut to under 90 seconds
Monthly assurance reporting delivered to building management
